This User Agreement defines the contractual relationship between AIgenCrew and people who browse, sign in, publish, review, save, follow, message, or otherwise use the platform.
AIgenCrew provides a platform for discovering creator projects, managing accounts, publishing project listings, and using related community and workspace features.
AIgenCrew is not a party to independent arrangements users may make outside the platform unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Some actions require sign-in, profile readiness, creator readiness, agreement acceptance, or admin authorization. Users are responsible for keeping account access secure.
AIgenCrew may refuse, limit, suspend, or revoke access when an account creates legal, security, integrity, or community risk.
Creators keep their rights in projects and submitted materials. By submitting project listings, media, links, public metadata, and optional kit resources, creators give AIgenCrew permission to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and format those materials for platform operation.
Creators represent that they have the rights needed to submit their materials and that their submissions do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
AIgenCrew may review, approve, reject, request changes to, reclassify, or limit distribution of submitted projects, promotional placements, profiles, reviews, and messages.
Project visibility settings affect where a project may appear, but AIgenCrew may still process restricted project records for moderation, security, analytics, and owner workspace features.
Likes, saves, follows, ratings, reviews, collections, messages, reports, and blocks are platform features governed by this Agreement and the Community Guidelines.
AIgenCrew may enforce limits, remove content, reset manipulated activity, or restrict features when needed to preserve platform integrity.
AIgenCrew may display official links, partner routes, affiliate routes, tool availability, benefits, and external project destinations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
AIgenCrew may change or remove third-party links, partner routes, benefits, or availability information without guaranteeing continued access.
AIgenCrew may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including publishing, discovery, messaging, analytics, account features, tool routing, and partner features.
Continued use after posted changes may require accepting updated agreement versions for account actions.
